What is the best way to reheat something you've smoked? I have a large pork loin that I smoked on Friday. I had to cut in half and bag it to put it in the fridge. I want to reheat it for dinner. Any recommendations on how to reheat it without drying it out?

Wrap it in foil, put it in a 325° oven until meat thermometer says it‘s warmed through. Unwrap, leave in the oven for another few minutes to let the surface dry a bit, and serve.

That will work...Just don't let the Loin IT go above 140°F. This will be hot to the taste but not to the point that the meat tightens and gets dry...JJ
