I know the ideal situation would be to eat the turkey as soon as it is done but I have to go out of town on Thursday and a buddy of mine is begging me to smoke a turkey for me.  I told him my problem but he said he would reheat it.  My question is what is the best way for him to reheat it.  Should we cut it up when done and heat it in the oven with a little chicken broth or keep it whole and reheat it?
