Ok smf friends I have read a bunch of way to reheat but am not sure what would be the best.

Am going to smoke four butts today for Sat. I am going to let it rest for about an hour or so in the cooler after it comes out of the smoker. And I have to have it ready by 2pm sat. Am not putting a finishing sauce on it or anything until Sat. So I plan on pulling it putting it in zip lock bags until I reheat sat I have four aluminum pans with lids I was going to reheat it in with some juice in the oven. Would this be ok to do? Or I have a big roster/ steamer I could use. My only question I have with that would that be to much at one time to try and reheat in the roster? Thanks for taking the time to read this post and thank you for any and all feedback.

Don't waste the Ziplocks, unless you don't have the space in your fridge. Pull it and straight into the pans. Reheat in the oven.

You already saw a variety of ways and will get more here. You can reheat in the 4 Pans with the drippings, Finishing Sauce or Apple Juice, covered at 300-325°F this will take an hour or so to get to 165°F. This is Safest and fastest for that amount. The big roaster will do the job as well but will require frequent stirring again set to 300-325°F...JJ
