Yesterday, I smoked 4 racks of spare ribs using the new method discussed by jeff of Pre-slicing Ribs Before Smoking Them. I know have an aluminum foil pan in the fridge full of individual ribs which I need to reheat for an afternoon tailgate. How would you suggest I do this in the oven? It's about a 30-minute drive to the stadium after they are reheated. I need to reheat them before I go as doing it at the tailgate is not an option.

Thanks!

MF, wrapped and in the oven is fine ,add some bbq sauce as not to overcook/dry out the ribs .Keep in the pan wrapped in towels in a cooler .

tick tick tick tick.... the clock is ticking. Looking for a suggestion.

Thanks, CrazyMoon. Guess we were typing at the same time. So, 300* for an hour or what temp and amount of time should be used?

an hour at 300 sounds a little too long. meybe a half an hour
Not if the pan is Full. 4 racks is a lot of Ribs and the air and ribs in the pan does not conduct heat well. The BBQ Sauce is ok, will take longer, but a thinner liquid, BBQ Sauce thinned with water or Apple Juice, will generate some Steam and get the job done quickly and keep the ribs moist without over cooking them. Heat the pan at 300-325 and when your therm reads 165°F go to the game. They will be cooled to 140-145 by the time you arrive and they will be ready to eat. This is a common Catering practice...JJ
