Well thanks for having me, guys. Gary, I spent roughly 2 wonderful years in central Texas years ago. First time I'd ever heard of brisket. I came back home to SC with a new perspective. Joe Black, I'm in Union. I haven't been to Greenville in years. I imagine it's still growing. Good to meet you.
