after 26 years it of life I have just discovered how well cabarnet goes with steaks and smoked meat. had I nice bottle from argentina Saturday at stroubes seafood and steak for valentines.....first time ever drinking red wine...man iv been missing out.....needless to say I went to store and got a couple nice bottles for the weekend
 
Well , my son , you have arrived at the crossroads of fine dining and good wine....a happy place. And nowhere to go but up.
Try " 14 hands " Cabernet....very nice.

tip 1 if its got some cheesey name & native animals on the label keep walking.

Funny, this was the first day I did NOT have wine with my main meal, and I have not felt sharp or like myself all day! Smiles. Off to go change that thus!!!

Red wine is the nectar of the gods. Now that you have tried Cabernet, don't stop experimenting with other red wines and food! A personal favourite, Chianti and pasta!
