Hi guys, I've enjoyed looking around the forum and I'm looking forward to learning a lot from all of your experience. I've been grilling for quite a while now, and I've always loved smoked meat, but I've never tried doing it myself. I got some extra money recently and bought a Masterbuilt smoker. Definitely not top of the line, but it looks like it will work for a beginner. My church is going to have a smoked meat contest in June so I have some time to practice, but I was wondering... what is the best meat to smoke? Thanks in advance.
