Ok now, I have been waiting and waiting for the local dealer to bring in an off set smoker. Not a lot of dealers or I think intrest in these types of smokers in the Pacific Northwest. So, they finally arrived and as I was drooling over the thing (can't even remember the brand now) I was offered a tid bit of meat that had been smoking, yes smoking on a Big Green Egg. Oh my gawd, what a wonderful, moist, smoke flavor. Help, I am now really, really wanting one of those things. Smokes, grills, bakes, why should I not get one? Price is cheek to cheek with the off set. Any thoughts?
