Hello from York, PA. Just ordered my first smoker (Masterbuilt 30" w/RC, yada yada yada). So many (okay... TOO many) reviews on every smoker out there... made it tough to choose. I knew I wanted electric, and the price of this one seemed within my budget. My father-in-law has the downgraded version of this one, and his ribs came out pretty good over T'giving.
Anyway... I'm most interested in smoking brisket, short ribs, chicken, and salmon. Advice/recipes for these would be welcomed and appreciated.
Other than that... just waiting for the smoker to arrive next week.
