Hello,

My name is Beverly. I live in Texas. Usually I am the helper but I am ready to cook! I like to cook competition chili but would love to

participate in bbq cook offs.  I made my first brisket and ribs last week and am hooked.....just need to practice a bit.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!!  I can't wait to see what I learn from this forum.
