Smoking experience: couple of pork shoulders, turkey breast, chicken drumsticks, and wings all on a Weber mini.

I've loved the board for a while now (I have some posts) and just assembled my brand new WSM 18.5. So, I'm ready for the big time! I truly love this board and community and can't wait to be a more active part of it.  My plan: at least one smoke a month, year round (including a Thanksgiving bird, hopefully!)
