So I wanted to reach out to seasoned and veteran Char-Griller owners about my curing and seasoning process....
So I rescued a Deluxe Griller from an untimely demise and purchased a new firebox to add to it....after all my mods i was wondering since I had to deep clean the cook chamber and the firebox is brand new with the oils and such from the factory should I cure them separately and then marry ghem and do the seasoning then?? Or what would anyone recommend??
