Finally got a great(around here) price on Tri tip $5.05 #. So you may know what's for dinner! Smoked on the WSM with a pecan/cherry combo cooked to 118*F IT then seared about 2-3 min each side rest and eat with some redskin taters cooked in foil with butter, salt, pepper and onion. Pic to follow the options haven't been coming up on my iPad lately.

Thx I need to freeze the rest of mine up looks like it was a six pack![emoji]128515[/emoji]

That's what we get here, anywhere from 5-7 when buying choice. The angus comes with two per pack. We just vac pack them up and they are ready when we need them!

Looks like I forgot to mention the Tri tip was seasoned with the super tasty Tatonka Dust!

What's the best part of a Tri tip? The leftovers! I sautéed some mushrooms and onions deglazed the pan with the Tri tip juices tossed in the meat just to warm it and melted some smoked Cheddar Jack I to it. Then grilled up with the smoked cheddar Jack crust.:drool
Of course it was served on our finest plate!
