After the whip'n that was placed on poor doubles...........I'm not going to tell you guys about the totally best pulled pork I did yesterday. Put it on at 12:30pm at a steady 230-250 with smoke till about 4:30, wrapped in foil about 6:00, cranked up the heat and was eat'n at 8pm. Pulled nice, good carmelized color............and the flavor (my own special rub) was great. But I'm not tell'n anyone cuz I don't want to get cussed at because of no qview. :-)
