anyway will be a good day pics or none.smoked 6lbs loin half with jeffs rub half with cajin dino dust.made a batch of dutches beans and some abts.also put a new twist on fatties mixed sausage with cheder mozzarela /jalopenas red bell peppers diced .rolled them into small balls 1''size and put them in little cupcake foils should be grat will let you all know.

sorry guys when the food started coming out of the smoker the vultures started devowering it before i got any more pics

but to tell you it was fantastic .the loins were moist with a fantastic bark .jeffs naked rub was the bomb and i have allways loved dinomite dust on pork.but the fattie balls were the best hordivor ever they were cheesey and spicy

they were small enough that they only took an hour to reach temp.and 2 min to eat

.cant wait for the next smoke

almost forgot to mention dutches beans .wow the last recipie i'll ever need
