Rubbed last night and in the fridge
2 tsp onion powder, 2 tsp paprika, 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp white pepper, 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, and 1/2 tsp grated nutmeg.
ready to go in smoker 7:30 am smoker at 225 deg. hickory and apple
out at 9:45 am 155 deg. mopped a couple of times with apple juice
let rest about 30 min. and sliced then wrapped up
