I've still got a freezer plum full of tenderloins so I'm playin with ways to fix em. Tonight I sliced two of them about 2 inches thick. Put them in the vacuum sealer with some allegro for about 45 minutes. Wrapped them in bacon and placed some fresh sage on top with a little more bacon. Sprinkled with lemon pepper and onto the grill. I used my smoke box filled with applewood and cooked these little darlins to 155. Slammed them on a plate with some roasted raspberry chipotle sauce, homemade potato salad and green beans with onions...... shweeeeet! Thanks for lookin!
