what do u guys think about putting a little cherry smoke to a london broil? anybody ever done it?
I use cherry chips in most everything. I certainly can't hurt it. I guess I'm not the best one to tell you, because I tend to mix wood as I smoke. Never had anything turn out bad though .
Never tried it, but sounds good.
quick answer....sounds great..smoke some cherrys with it also..then make some smoked cherry bourbon lemonade..that ought to hit the spot..
The wood I get in my area is a cut of both Oak and Cherry. From what I have seen cherry and oak are both great for beef and so far have worked very well.
