So I am still experiminting with sausage making, fresh mostly. I want to really get that down before I move in deeper. So I found some ground pork on clearance. Added some Brat Seasoning to it Mixed it by hand, then back into the frezzer to firm up before making patties Quick sear on direct heat, then moved to the indirect heat with apple chips in a foil pack Ready to eat Couldn't seem to get the seasoning right despite MANY fry test? They weren't bad but not great? It was 1.22 Lbs & by the end I had added as much as 5 teaspoons of seasoning one by one. O well guess I'll have to keep trying!!!!
