I have some Salmon from Alaska that was given to me as a gift. My question with smoking salmon is do any of you recommend smoking other things at the same time? I like to fill the smoker but am concerned if other items will taste different due to the fish smoking? Was thinking of doing some bacon wrapped poppers and chicken at same time. Thoughts or suggestions on particular things to smoke with salmon. Thanks!
