Last Spring, I believe it was Mythmaster started an official Easter ham thread for everyone to post their Q-view for the ham they were preparing. Since a lot of us are looking at doing prime rib (or rib roast) this Christmas should we do the same? I enjoyed looking at everyone's Q-view and any variation they did with their hams. We wouldn't have to limit it to just Rib roasts. any Christmas fixing would be good to see. It seems like you always pick up a good idea from someone. Anyway just a thought.

The problem with having all the Christmas Smokes in one thread is that next year when someone is trying to find lets say a thread on doing a Ham the thread wouldn't be in the "Pork Section" it would be in whatever section the "Christmas Smoke" thread was in and since some of us will be doing Prime Rib and some will be doing Turkey and some will be doing Ham and others will be doing something else so no section would cover them all
