Question re freezing pork loin for Canadian bacon

They have pork loins on sale but I am going to be travelling a lot in the next couple of weeks and will not be around for the brining and I don't like to leave it unattended. Is it ok to freeze the loins, thaw them and then brine?

Absolutely! If you got the $$$ buy all you can, Freeze them and thaw as needed. There will be no noticeable quality difference...JJ

Well, most of the year. We do thaw for a couple of days in the summer.
