A question for one of the members who owns a ET73 Thermometer..
I was reading some user comments online about the ET73 and one person said that the minimum setting for the High or hot setting was 172 or something around there; is that true?
I am looking for a good versatile dual-probe smoker thermometer to buy; however, I also want to be able to monitor a cold smoke too, not just a hot smoke and if the minimum setting for the hot setting for the meat chamber is somewhere around 172 or 173 F ..it is almost like I would need something else to monitor the high/hot in my smoker for a cold smoke.
If anyone has some input on this I really would like to hear what you have to say if you wouldn't mind..
