I will be smoking multiple pork butts (3) for my 4th of July party. Maybe more since more and more people are coming. I'm going to start on Friday. Here's my question: I currently own one Maverick ET-733. Since only one probe is going to monitor the meat, does anybody have any tricks or neat ways of monitoring multiple meats with one probe? I have thought about buying cheapo leave in therms for each butt vs. using a digital weber therm to check the IT....each way causes me to open the door to manually check temp. :devil: Or can I assume all butts will be within a few degrees of each other and just monitor the others after the butt with the Maverick probe is finished?
