Hello, Big Wally here with a question, Many of us have been Brats for years. I have used water and many different local beers in the mixes, Surly, Nordeaster, Sam Adams, and MGD, seeing a news clip on the great MN get together, "the Fair" someone was selling Bourbon Brats, Has anyone ever made these? would you use the same amount for liquids? how about whiskey or brandy? any thoughts? I wanna make some soon.
