Hi my dad and I have a whole hog we are going to cook for his 50th birthday. He is doing 3 quarters of it over a fire and he gave me quarter to do in my smoker. This hog was 130 lbs. so each quarter wieghs roughly 32 lbs. Now if I would cut that front shoulder quarter in half that would get me down to about 16 lbs. now does that mean my cook time for this will be 24 hours. If I want to cook it at 225F and cook it to an internal temp of 205F. My dad thinks we can cook this in 10 hours and have pulled pork. I think it is going to take 24 hours. I need help so this hog is cooked on time. Thank you David
