Q'ed Up Meaty Beef Back Ribs !!!!

Hey all, was doing a couple pork shoulders for some PP for a neighborhood Q party..... Thought, never waste grate space.... So tossed on a bunch of nice beef back ribs.... A shout out to my better half that found these & called me..... Usually ya can't find beef back ribs with much meat on them.... These were on special for 2.99/lb. So

I am putting mad hunky on some sausages for supper tonight.

That is about how thick I put it on normal foods.

Butts get it just a tad thicker.
