True. a little bit more expensive. Ive done some on a gas grill that are premarinated by Hormel. I know what ur thinking... Hormel?? yes thats right.. before you judge em, u gotta try these things their unbelievable.. And for about 6 bucks, well worth it. Im gunna try smoking one with two birds for fathers day, oughta feed nine people pretty well dont u think?
 
There is very minimal waste with a loin and if done right - it's some of the best pork out there.

I always make a few sides (Slaw and Wicked Beans) so people have other things to dig on besides the great "Q"
