Pulled Pork

    I did a 9.5 lb pork butt a couple days ago it turned out good i smoked it about 18 hours until it hit 205 then a wrapped it in foil and put it in a cooler wrapped in a towel for 2 hours it turned out good

    Here is after rub


    This is about 10 hours in

    yes I did I like to shred it and then just pour it over the meat
