I have a large Green Egg. I have tried twice to make pulled Pork using a small 3 lb boneless pork shoulder. The meat turns out great cooked to 200 internal, but it won't pull. I get a great sliced pork after 7 to 8 hours...juicy too. The same cut in the crock pot pulls no problem after about 10 hrs. Any help? I cook about 225 to 250 and pull it at 200 degrees. Maybe I need to wrap it longer? I only did that the last few hours. Thanks!
