Pulled Pork w/ Q-View

    I have been meening to post up some q-view.  Finally got around to getting the pics off the camera.

    Here is some pulled pork I did on Fathers Day.  Along with some ABT's and Shrooms. 

    6 lb shoulder, smoked for 8 hours, at around 260 in apple.  Foiled after 4 hours. 

    After 4 hours.


    Here is after the foil.


    All pulled and ready for consumption.

    Everything came out excellent.  We had some friends over this day, and man everything went fast.  I only had enough left for a couple more sandwiches over the next week.

    Thanks guys.  It was probably the best butt i have done.  I don't use a finishing sauce, just feel that the pork doesn't need it.  I did use a mustard coating prior to rub this time, and seems to be the ticket.

    nice, looks like it turned out great!

    I'm going to have to find the recipe for abt's and those shrooms somewhere. Looks like a great side.

    Cream Cheese




    Pork Sausage

    Parmagiano Oregeano (sp i'm sure)

    Thats about it.  Smoked for about an hour.  Turned out great.
