    No rub, just SPOG and injected with apple cider vinegar.  About 4 hours on the rack to 165deg IT.  Foiled for 5 hours to 210deg IT.  Wrapped in towel in a cooler for 1-1/2 hour.  SOOOO JUICY!!!  I portioned it out and vac sealed so it can be reheated for sammies on new years eve!!
