My favorite meat to smoke, just love when you unrap and it falls apart!! Here are two pork shoulder-Boston butt bone in pieces of meat. I follow Meowys Basic Pulled Pork thread that is sticky'd above.

They were about 3.41 and 3.49 in weight. Took six hours to smoke. They finished about 30 minutes different from each other. Used hickory and kept a temp appx. 235-240. Used Jeffs "Goodness Gracious Sakes Alive" BBQ sauce recipe(which I might add is my favorite in the whole world!!!!)

Enjoy... I know the neighbors and I sure did.....

made some more of Jeff's sauce yesterday. It gets better every time. Good lookin pork you got goin there. I am sure it will be enjoyed by all.
 
Looks great, what type of flavor does the sauce have? It looks like the bananas are about ready to make banana bread.

flatbroke- his sauce has a little bite to it, but it makes you want to keep coming back for more!! and yes, rain all last night and made some fresh banana bread with my bananas.
