My favorite meat to smoke, just love when you unrap and it falls apart!! Here are two pork shoulder-Boston butt bone in pieces of meat. I follow Meowys Basic Pulled Pork thread that is sticky'd above. They were about 3.41 and 3.49 in weight. Took six hours to smoke. They finished about 30 minutes different from each other. Used hickory and kept a temp appx. 235-240. Used Jeffs "Goodness Gracious Sakes Alive" BBQ sauce recipe(which I might add is my favorite in the whole world!!!!) Enjoy... I know the neighbors and I sure did..... Marinating Just In Ready to Foil Foiled at 165 Ready to pull... At this point my mouth was watering... Ready for Jeffs BBQ sauce... Yea baby!!!!
