I got this idea from a Facebook friend and when looking in my fridge for ingredients I spotted the pulled pork roast.

Select and prep your ingredients.  Egg roll wraps are available at most well stocked supermarkets.

Don't overfill the wrap. You hafta leave enough room for the roll to make a seal when you fold it. A few spoonfuls of marinara sauce or your favorite pizza sauce make it juicy...

Wrap 'em up, fry on medium heat, then heat in oven at around 350* for about 10 minutes.

Warm up a lil' marinara for dippin', crack a cold one, and enjoy

They look tasty. A good way to turn left over BBQ pork into another lovely meal.

Seeing your bottle of Samuel Adams there reminds me of when we were in Boston a few years ago and took one of their cultural tours. The guide was a retired history professor from Boston University and she pointed out a statue of Sam Adams as we walked round. She commented that she did not know whose face was on the beer label but as we could clearly see it isn't Sam Adams. We all agreed that the real Sam Adams was probably too ugly to be shown on the label as it would not have helped sell much beer
