Pulled pork hash

    So I had some left over pork from a butt I did for a co-worker yesterday, so I made my first batch of pulled pork hash. Nothing complicated, just some left over pork, frozen hash browns, diced onion, chili powder, garlic powder, ancho chili powder and black pepper. Fried it up nice and crisp and topped it hickory smoked cheddar cheese, then two eggs over easy with some dried chives on them.

    I love to make hashes out of different leftover BBQ meats, you did that thing proper justice, and the smoked cheddar put it over the top [​IMG]

    Man oh Man that looks awesome and we have some PP in the freezer to. We alway have some PP in our house so I will have to try it. I have always made hash out of corned beef that I make and the wife loves it too. So thanks for the idea and I wish I could come up with them but now thats another reason I'm in here so much.

    One of my favorites for breakfest is corned beef hash. Never accured to me to use pp and I put it in alot of things now theres one more. Looks great!

    Awesome. That feels like a badge of honor. [​IMG] To be honest, I got the idea from someone else on here, forget who it was, that posted a similar idea.

    I did forget to mention that I had fried the taters and onions in bacon grease for a bit before I added the pork.
