Here's a little pulled pork I smoked this weekend. Smoked it with a cherry/hickory mix.

Scored & slathered with mustard.


Rubbed and wrapped



At the 2 hour mark - ready for spritz with JD/apple juice


Ready for foil at 165*


Done at 205*


Plated with zucchini/squash, a smoked onion, and homemade southern style hushpuppies.

Awesome looking pork. I really like scoring mine too. I think it adds more surface area for bark to form
 
Lookin' good! I see you got a really small size on the pulled meat...slow stalls and long resting makes it all worth the wait! Good job!

Thanks. I can't take much credit for the clean smoker. I just bought the 20" GOSM a couple of weeks ago. Only been used about 5 times.

Now if you'd look inside my 16" GOSM....That's another story...
