Thanks to meowey this (my first) pulled pork was fantastic. I followed his sticky and finished with SoFloQuers sauce. Smoke went 13.5 hours and I added some egg and cheese fatties for breakfast. Thanks to all for the wealth of info on this site.
yea,i used that sauce for the first time yesterday. While I didn't feel it created an instant amazing flavor, soon as you stop eating it you just instantly crave more. I was telling my folks that if I had a BBQ stand, I would make a killing off of that stuff. It's like crackThanks everyone. the finishing sauce realy sets it off.
