Pulled pork for the fourth

  1. Thanks to meowey this (my first) pulled pork was fantastic. I followed his sticky and finished with SoFloQuers sauce. Smoke went 13.5 hours and I added some egg and cheese fatties for breakfast.     yea,i used that sauce for the first time yesterday. While I didn't feel it created an instant amazing flavor, soon as you stop eating it you just instantly crave more. I was telling my folks that if I had a BBQ stand, I would make a killing off of that stuff. It's like crack

    Great Qview!  Agree, SoFloQuers finishing sauce is excellant!

    Good job Spider - PP is one of our favorites.  Had some just this weekend that I had smoked back at the end of May.  Be sure and save the juice to re-heat with if you have extra.
