Great way to change it up. They taste deadly!

Thinly slice a red onion and place in a small bowl, add two tbsp. of fresh lemon juice and cover for 30-60 mins. turn on the broiler and lightly brush one side of the pita flat bread with garlic butter. place under the broiler for a few mins. just until its light gold in colour. place warm pulled pork on the bread and sprinkle with grated tex. mex. cheese and place back under broiler just until the cheese melts. next add your bbq sauce, add few of the onions and top with slaw. Wrap in foil and enjoy. I used the Memphis barbeque sauce no. 2 from Jeff's cook book it is no. 1 in my books!
