Ive lurked (and learned) here for quite a while, guess it is time for me to post. I have 11#'s of pork shoulder going in the smoker as I type. I will post as the night progresses. Photos to follow....

I use tinypic -- no account needed. Just upload the photo and paste the "Direct link for layouts" URL into the box that pops up when you click on the "Insert Image" icon in the message editor here. For example:

I was thinking the exact same thing!! Not sure whether to give you points for the fridge, or the smoke ... guess it'll have to be split
