Pulled Pork and Baby Back Ribs

    Got my brother flying in tomorrow for a few days and thought that some pulled pork and ribs would be a great way to welcome him into WNY! Picked up a 8lb pork shoulder and 3lbs of baby backs.

    For the pork shoulder, went with a maple & jalapeno rub!


    For the baby back ribs, went with a pecan & honey rub with some brown sugar!


    All have been wrapped and in the frig ready for tomorrow's smoke! Will post smoke pictures tomorrow!

  3. The pecan and honey rub with brown sugar looks and sounds really good , do u chop up or grind the pecans for the rub ?

    HillsiderFarms, wish I could comment on the chop/grid but..... it was store bought :)
