Pulled beef

    Chuck roll seasoned with plowboys bovine bold. Smoked at 225 with hickory and cherry. Panned at 170 with green pepper, onion, mushrooms and a can of beer. Piled on an onion bun and topped with cheese

    Great looking meal.  That beef pulled perfectly.  I plan to do one this week sometime (first one).  Been thinking about it for a while, but after seeing yours, its time to start thawing out the chuckie.
