I can keep any temp
I need just by adjusting the flame. And adding wood chunks for smoke is easy
Three hours in baby backs wrapped sitting at 250
nice. I like that setup!
It really works good.. Very consistent
Any idea the brand and model? How about some closer pics?
That's the ECB charcoal pan holding the wood chunks, right? Do you get an open flames on the wood chunks, or do they just smolder?
The wood just smolders no open flame..
No name on the burner.. It's is about 10yrs old

in the picture on the bottom of the stand in a small label. Anything on there? I tried to zoom on your photo but it pixilated too much to read the label.
The burner looks the same as the one in my brinkmann
biggest problem I had with mine was the wind blowing out the flame so I added a piece of stainless heating duct around the bottom.
That will do it fine!! What r you going to cook?
