Problem With Chat

I have never logged in to the chat before. When I go to sign in I put in my user name and password and it says that it is invalid...

Am I missing a step here or am I not supposed to be there or am I just retarded???

Its more than likely a problem on our end I'll send Brian a pm and he should be able to get you fixed up.

Try changing/updating your password in the control panel...thats what seemed to work for me.

Just got a PM saying that there was more to it than that so forgive me for my ignorance. Apparently some site issues still being delt with.
