Thanks King!very nicelove prime rib and yours looks so tasty
Great looking prime rib. Our local Kroger put whole ribeyes on sale for $4.97/# so I've got a 14 pounder set to go on my woodburner tomorrow. Gonna use almost all cherry wood with just a hint of hickory thrown in to get it to about 135.Most of these Peta nuts don't realize .Their is more animals killed from 1 salad than 1 BBQ.Farmers use 32 row planters and harvesters, 90' spray rigs shooting poison that will kill everything in it path but the crop.Rabbits ,birds,snakes,moles,voles,mice,rats,woodchucks,squirrel's,etc..

Michael I'm also from Ark. (Brinkley) and am glad to see a fellow Arkie here but you've got to learn a little more about farming. I'm raising my 19th crop now and we're not spraying anything nearly as toxic as you make it out to be. Very rarely do we spray anything that I'd be afraid to get directly on my skin. BTW my sprayer has a 100' boom *grin*.
Thanks EJ!!Man O Man could I get into that. Perfect in my humble opinion. I would make only one change......Mash potatoes with Aus jus gravy!
Thank You John!Dang Bear, I must have missed this one the first time. You post some absolutely perfect looking prime rib! Cooked just right for me. Reminds me that I have one in the freezer, and if I didn't have a brisket and some pork butts ready to smoke tomorrow, I might try a quick water bath thaw. Oh well, there's next week!
I always claim the ribs as mine too!
another great post Bear!
Thank You Very Much!!simply awesome......just decided what I will try on my next smoke!! If I lived with Bear I would weigh 400 pounds!! thanks for sharing......

Thanks Buddy!!!DUDE!!!!! That made me freaking drool! Shit that looks good! Well done man....I am going to have to crack open a beer now and wish I had some. I smoking up some ribs, chicken, trout, scallops, and shrimp today but I would gladly trade it for the prime rib!

am putting that to the top of my list after finishing my daughter's wedding gift, and then repairing my MES 30 (should have done that wire retro before I did her rehearsal dinner and it burned out)
