I have always loved eating smoked meat, but have not broken down and gotten a smoker....until now! I love to grill, so I hope that getting after it with the smoker will be just as much fun. I am a transplant into the Peoples Republic of Maine, so I'm not yet sure if I have to pay some kind of smoking tax or buy a smoker permit, like with everything else here. I am really looking forward to using the smoker and hope to be able to produce some great meals. I will probably start off with something small, like chicken wings....just in case. Looking forward to chatting with all of you and exchanging tips and tricks!
