pressure

    have a difficult time when using the grinder to fill the casing there is so much pressure it is diffecult to have the ground sausage to go into the casing

    MB, Sounds like not enough liquid in your mix. Did you let the mix set up over night because this will stiffen up the mix and make it hard to stuff.

    Ok, so you are stuffing from your grinder.  Do you have the worm, plate and knife still in the grinder with your tube?  You should only have your worm attached along with the stuffing tube [assuming you have the correct size tube].  Best advice is to get a stuffer.  Reinhard
