Had to do it, I just had to!! Here is my first try at poultry and I must say it was fantastic. YOu will see that the finished chicken is in a pyrex dish. That was for re-heating as I had to smoke Saturday for Sunday dinner. THe turkey legs and ABT's were consumed Saturday night though. THe turkey skin was a little tough in places and I will cut the salt content of the brine a smidge but all in all it was great!!! Sorry no picks of the turkey drums and ABT's finished as they didn't last long.
