Neighbor requested I teach her how to make the dough & filling,so for the filling I went the quick way

Jeff Thank you we gave our neighbor some of the ones we made a few weeks ago,so she wanted to learn how to make the dough.Sent her home with some and made them a nice plate for dinner.Thanks for the points I appreciate it

Nice! I am wanting Pierogie real bad but got to wait a couple more weeks. We are getting things together to make Pierogie for Christmas Eve (Wigilia). We set up an assembly line to bang out at least 12 dozen...JJ

I only made 4 doz. My wife & neighbor did good filling them less then an hour.

Looks great Richie. Both Miss Linda and I just love pierogies.
That browned sauerkraut?? Do you just toss it in the pan while cooking the sausage and let it brown up like onions?

Nicely done Richie! I always use potato buds because they taste as good as fresh mashed to me.

As an aside, I also use Kraft stuffing mixes because the taste and texture appeals to me as well - we doctored up some boxed stuffing for T-day, and one of our guests liked it so much we had to prove that it was actually boxed stuffing. :D

My kids swear I still peel potatoes LOL Most time we use the box stuffing Thanks for the likes I appreciate it
