Sorry no thread! Was cooking at the beach and this was a last minute (had a few too many cocktails) concoction! It turned out great and I will doña proper thread the next time I do it. The strawberry bbq sauce is a keeper for sure!

We are hosting an end of season party for my youngest's soccer team... The kids are getting burgers and dogs. Not sure what's gonna get smoked??? I might have to use the WSM or fire up a couple minis...
The missus handles the holiday dinners. In fact I'm typically told to stay out of the way. So... Wings for snacks will most likely be on the mini.
Don't kick me out of the mini club but i havent used mine in months! Thinking i have to break it out for an Easter ham.

I'm in the same boat, so to speak. Heading out to visit some family for Easter so probably won't be able to smoke anything until a trip to the cabin in a few weeks. Gonna be doing a spatched chicken and a pork butt then.
Chicken! Haven't decided if we should smoke it or grill it!
